1. When will I get my order?

Most orders are sent same day. We ship orders out 5 days a week - Monday to Friday, for delivery timeframes to your location see our shipping page.

2. Are all the parts listed on your store in stock?

Yes! All the parts listed on our online store are in stock and ready for dispatch from our warehouse in Whangarei, New Zealand.

ProNorthParts is one of New Zealands largest dirt bike dismantlers. For years now we have served thousands of customers & dealerships around the world with quality used parts. We are an industy leader with our user friendly online store allowing orders to be processed 24/7, some of the fastest shipping times and experienced customer support teams around.

4. Do you offer International shipping?

Yes we do! Proceed to the checkout and enter your address for a postage price.

Please note, we aren't able to post shock absorbers overseas as some contain compressed oil & gas. (New Zealand addresses only please).

5. I want to place an order but I don't get paid till next week?

No worries, we offer Afterpay which allows you to buy now and pay later. Your order will be sent straight away. This payment option is available for New Zealand and Australian customers.

6. Can I pick up my order?

No sorry, we are an online only business. Unfortunately we aren't set up to allow public access to our dismantling & storage facility. (This helps us keep prices down!)
